A good inspection does not always require an engineer on site. The operator's job is not to judge the builders or argue with the contractor, but to record what was done, in full. The assessment is made by the engineering expert.

We are not looking for someone to blame
Buildings are made by people, and people make mistakes. The point of technical supervision is not to catch the contractor out and set them against the client, but to see the problem in time and help solve it.
If something is wrong, we explain why it matters and how to put it right. If the work is already done and redoing it is impractical, the engineer looks for technically sound alternatives — another way to fix it, or a way to reduce the risk. And if there is no safe option short of redoing it, we say so plainly.

How it works

- An operator comes and films the site
Filming follows a fixed protocol — walls, floors, ceilings, corners, joints, utility inlets. You don't need to explain anything.
- The expert reviews the footage and writes the report
Within three days: what was done right, what to improve, what to fix — and the key answer: can this stage be accepted or not.
- You show it to the builders
The conversation is about specific places and standards, not someone's opinion. That's hard to argue with.

Who answers for the result
in construction
An operator with a filming kit comes to the site; their job is to record the stage of work to a protocol, in full and with nothing skipped. The review and the verdict on that footage are made by Vitaly Migachev — an engineer with a degree in engineering and the status of a forensic expert in construction. This is not a tradesman's opinion but an assessment against building standards — by the same specialist whose reports are accepted in court.

Behind that: over 20 years of designing and installing building services — heating, water supply, underfloor heating, boiler rooms, electrical work. Someone who has built these systems sees on site what a photograph never shows. You can watch him take buildings apart on his YouTube channel. He signs the report himself; the service is provided by OOO Mosenergoservis. Confirmed by a forensic expert certificate No. PS 006749 (valid until 04.04.2028; issued in Russian).
One more thing we consider important: we don't label everything “critical”. One crack is not another — size, location and the stage of work all matter. The report gives you an assessment, not a label: is this within the standard or not, and what to do about it.
If it turns into a dispute
Usually the inspection report is enough — enough to show the builders and settle the matter. But if the dispute goes further, the same expert will prepare a full forensic report — a document accepted in court.
The full report is a separate service, 8,000–15,000 ₽ depending on scope. It is rarely needed.
Not every finding means redoing the work
We don't label everything “critical”: the same deviation has different consequences in different conditions. So the report gives you an assessment rather than a verdict:
- what was found and how significant it is;
- why it matters;
- whether it needs fixing, and how;
- whether there is an acceptable alternative if redoing it is impractical.

Questions
Can't I just take photos and ask ChatGPT?
You can, and some people do. But you need to know what to photograph, how to ask and how to read the answer — and no one carries responsibility for the conclusion. Here the report is written by a forensic expert who answers for it personally.
What if the builders disagree?
Disputed points are discussed with references to building standards rather than opinions — that is hard to argue with, and it usually ends the conversation faster than a week of messages. And if it goes further, the same report can be prepared for court.
Is the report an official document?
After the inspection you get a specialist's report — enough to present to the builders. If you need a document for court, the same expert will prepare a full forensic report: he is a forensic expert in construction.
Will you come if my own crew is doing the work, not a contractor?
Yes. It makes no difference who does the work — we look at the result.
What if everything turns out to be fine?
Then you will know it and accept the stage with peace of mind. That is a result people come for too.
